Wargaming is turning up the volume (and the firepower) with its latest World of Tanks Battle Pass Special: Heroes’ Paths, a limited-time event running from July 10 to July 21. This special crossover brings Lara Croft and Duke Nukem to the battlefield in an all-new two-chapter format, each loaded with voice-acted cameos, themed tanks, and tons of cosmetics inspired by their respective franchises.
Two Legends. Two Paths. One Big Explosion.
Each hero has their own dedicated chapter—30 stages for Lara, and 40 for Duke—packed with rewards including 2D styles, decals, emblems, and the ultimate prize: a new premium tank decked out with hero-inspired gear and visual flair.
- Lara Croft’s Tank – IMT (Tier VIII Medium, USA): A sleek, agile machine outfitted with exploration tools like a winch, ropes, harpoons, and spotlights. The design echoes Lara’s resourceful adventurer persona, complete with nods to her classic gear and puzzle-solving finesse.
- Duke Nukem’s Tank – TS-6 (Tier IX Heavy, USA): A walking one-liner of destruction. This heavy bruiser features a nuclear reactor, laser cannons, and heavy-duty nods to Duke’s arsenal—including throwback designs based on his flamethrower and iconic explosives. It’s big, loud, and unapologetically Duke.
Classic Voices, Explosive Tunes
Bringing the heroes to life are Keeley Hawes, returning as Lara Croft, and Jon St. John, reprising his legendary role as Duke Nukem. Expect plenty of personality-packed voice lines to match the action.
The event also features two dynamic music tracks: a newly composed Tomb Raider-style theme to complement Lara’s mystique, and the unmistakable “Grabbag” theme from Duke Nukem 3D, composed by Lee Jackson.

Hero-themed bundles will be available for players looking to go all-in. These premium packs include additional cosmetics, collectibles, and thematic rewards drawn straight from Tomb Raider and Duke Nukem lore.
