Legendary game creator Yu Suzuki and publisher Inin Games have announced Shenmue 3 Enhanced, the most refined version yet of Ryo Hazuki’s epic adventure. Officially unveiled at Gamescom 2025, this upgraded edition enhances visuals, performance, and gameplay while staying true to the series’ roots.
The Enhanced Edition is set to launch on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC (Steam and Epic Games Store), and for the first time on a Nintendo platform (TBA). Players who own the original Shenmue 3 on PS4 and PC will also receive an upgrade path, with more details coming soon.
