Indie developer Pahdo Labs, a team that includes veterans from Capcom, WayForward, and Riot Games, has announced that its debut title Starlight Re:Volver will officially launch into Early Access on PC via Steam on August 27, 2025. The game will be available for a limited-time discounted price of $24.99.
The announcement follows the game’s strong reception during Steam Next Fest, where Starlight Re:Volver was recognized as a “Top 10 Most Played” demo of the entire festival.
What is Starlight Re:Volver?
Starlight Re:Volver is a 1–4 player co-op action roguelite set in a vibrant, anime-inspired world. Players take on the role of Divers, adventurers who wield mystical “Re:Volvers” to travel between the futuristic Nishi Island Metropolis (NIM) and the dreamlike, otherworldly biomes of So Mi.
The game mixes fast-paced roguelite combat with cozy activities like fishing, crafting, and minigames, allowing players to team up with friends or go solo as they uncover the mysteries behind NIM’s prosperity and the dangerous realms that fuel it.
Early Access Release Date Celebration
To mark the release date announcement, Pahdo Labs is rolling out a suite of community and fan-focused events:
- New Release Date Trailer – Featuring VTuber and Virtual Singer IRyS, who also debuts an original collaboration track titled “Waiting for Me.”
- AnimeNYC Showcase (Aug. 21–24, Booth 1B-203) – Fans attending can experience hands-on gameplay, snag exclusive keychain freebies, pick up limited merch, and attend giveaways.
- Mainstage Event (Aug. 24) – Hosted by fan-favorite creators Ironmouse and CDawgVA, offering deeper insights into the game and live community interaction.

As part of the launch festivities, IRyS lends her voice and style to the project with both narration in the new trailer and the exclusive track “Waiting for Me.” Known for her dual nature as a half-angel, half-demon Nephilim, IRyS brings a unique blend of charm, unpredictability, and hope to the collaboration, bridging her music with Starlight Re:Volver’s themes of discovery and duality.
