The physics-powered, neck-stretching co-op adventure Esophaguys has officially arrived on PC via Steam, with full support for both keyboard and mouse controls as well as the Steam Deck. Developed over four years by the international Esophaguys Team, this absurdist co-op adventure mixes slapstick physics, puzzle-solving, and stretchy-neck chaos in a package designed for belly laughs and cooperative mayhem.
A Neck-Centric Journey
Winner of Tokyo Game Show 2024’s Sense of Wonder Night, Esophaguys delivers a co-op experience unlike anything else on the market. Players control a cast of bizarrely elastic characters whose necks stretch, twist, and whip their way through physics-based levels. Whether exploring a story-driven campaign or diving into competitive minigames, the game’s slapstick energy shines brightest when played with friends.
Designer Peyton Blake explains the long journey to release:
“Esophaguys has been a labor of love for us over the past four years, and at times I thought it would never see the light. The abundant laughter and heartfelt experiences at our showcases from San Francisco to Kyoto have encouraged us immensely… I can guarantee it will make you smile alone, and have you howling with your friends.”
