Perfect World Games and Hotta Studio confirmed that Neverness to Everness will release on April 29, 2026 for PC, PlayStation 5, iOS, and Android.
Over the past year and a half, players explored the city of Hethereau through two global beta tests and public showings at Gamescom and Tokyo Game Show. The launch build reflects that feedback, with technical upgrades and expanded systems across the board.
Unreal Engine 5.7 and DLSS 4 Support
At launch, NTE runs on Unreal Engine 5.7 with Global Illumination support. PC players also get NVIDIA DLSS 4 with Multi-Frame Generation, targeting improved performance and sharper image quality.
Character models have been updated with refined designs and additional detail, aiming for a more consistent visual standard across the open city.
Crime, Chaos, and Multiplayer
Hethereau isn’t just a backdrop. If you commit crimes, your wanted level increases, and the police will pursue you. Get caught, and you’re sent to a detention center. From there, you can work off your debt or attempt a breakout.
Multiplayer lets you invite friends into your world. Together you can race, play mahjong, or take part in the Pink Paws Heist. First-person perspective is also available, including during driving and on-foot exploration.
Driving and Highway Freedom
Vehicles range from standard cars to muscle cars, supercars, and motorbikes. The physics engine now supports tire damage, knockbacks, visible wear, and explosions.
You can honk horns, jump off vehicles mid-ride, and drift in real time. Weather directly impacts control. Rain and snow increase the risk of sliding out, making high-speed driving less forgiving.
Pre-Registration Rewards
Perfect World Games has opened milestone rewards tied to global pre-registrations. If targets are hit before launch, players can claim bonuses after release.
Milestones include:
- 15 million: Beetle Coin x30,000
- 20 million: Elite Hunter Guide x20
- 25 million: Fabricated Dice x5
- 30 million: Character Haniel x1
- 35 million: Fabricated Dice x15
Pre-registration is available now across all launch platforms.
Life in Hethereau
Set in a seamless open city powered by Unreal Engine 5, NTE follows characters who investigate supernatural anomalies woven into episodic comedy-drama storylines. Outside the main narrative, you can collect and modify cars, buy and design city properties, and even run businesses.
Neverness to Everness positions itself as a live, expanding online RPG built around urban life and player freedom. It launches April 29.
