LEGO Party Update 1.4 Adds Bonus Bricks, New 2v2 Minigames, and 15+ Minifigures

SMG Studio, alongside the LEGO Group and Fictions, has rolled out Update 1.4 for LEGO Party, introducing a fresh wave of content designed to amplify its chaotic multiplayer fun.

Available now, the update expands the party experience with new gameplay twists, customization options, and additional ways for players to compete and cause mayhem with friends and family.

Bonus Bricks Shake Up Challenge Zones

One of the biggest additions in Update 1.4 is Bonus Bricks, a new feature that adds an extra layer of strategy and unpredictability to Challenge Zones.

At the end of certain rounds, players can be transported to a Bonus Brick Zone, where they vote on who receives additional Golden Bricks. This mechanic adds a social element to scoring, encouraging both cooperation and rivalry as players influence the outcome.

New 2v2 Minigames and Expanded Modes

The update also introduces new 2v2 versions of minigames across Brick Battles and Minigame Rush, allowing players to team up in fresh ways. These include updated takes on fan-favorite activities like Graffeeti, Slide Hustle, Feeling Golfy, and Saucerlord.

By shifting some of the competition into team-based formats, the update adds more variety to matches and encourages cooperative strategies alongside the usual free-for-all chaos.

More Customization and Personality

Customization gets a notable boost with the addition of 15+ new minifigures, including a full range of Classic Spacemen color variants and the Alien Commander. These additions expand the Wardrobe system, giving players more ways to express themselves in-game.

The update also enhances post-match flair, introducing new dance moves and interactive elements during Minigame Results sequences, letting players celebrate victories or rub them in with even more personality.

New Language Support and Ongoing Updates

Rounding out the update is the addition of Brazilian Portuguese as a new text language option, making the game more accessible to a wider global audience.

With over 60 minigames inspired by themes like LEGO Pirates, LEGO Space, and LEGO NINJAGO, LEGO Party continues to evolve as a go-to multiplayer experience for up to four players.

Update 1.4 reinforces that momentum, delivering new ways to play, compete, and create memorable moments whether you’re teaming up or going head-to-head.
