Hard Reset Announced for September

Eastern Europeans are severely under appreciated for their first person shooters. Polish game studio, Flying Wild Hog, has announced a cyberpunk FPS called Hard Reset.

The development team comprises of industry veterans who worked on titles like Bulletstorm, The Witcher 2, and Painkiller and using an engine completely built from the ground up, it is getting pushed out for release by September 2011.

Hard Reset tells the story of humanity “on the verge of extinction” by a robotic menace and it is up to Major Fletcher to defend the last human bastion and beat the robots. Although the game promises that “nothing is what it seems to be.” Conspiracies? Check! Cyberpunk? Check! FPS? Check! Look for the debut trailer after the jump as well as screenshots.
