Bravely Default Flying Fairy Augments Reality, Has Really Weird Name

Square Enix announced a new traditional RPG coming to the Nintendo 3DS called Bravely Default Flying Fairy. Upon first glance at the trailer, you may note its remarkably similar to Final Fantasy: 4 Heroes of Light. The art director Akihiko Yoshida is now doing artwork for the game.

Bravely Default makes use of 3DS augmented reality, shown in Siliconera‘s coverage of the game. You won’t be able to get your hands on this game until 2012, and if we North American folks are lucky – a localized release, but attendees can sample the AR features of Bravely Default Flying Fairy at the Tokyo Game Show.
