Birds of Steel Takes Flight to Retail Stores

Konami has announced that Bird of Steel is now shipping to retail stores worldwide for Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. Developed by Gaijin Entertainment, Birds of Steel lets players experience the intense dogfights of World War II in notable battles such as Battle of Midway, Guadalcanal, Coral Sea and the attack on Pearl Harbor.

Expect to pilot over 100 airplanes spanning American, European, and Japanese fighting forces featuring realistic damage, cockpit, and flight controls. Birds of Steel also lets players team up in co-op modes, compete against one another in team deathmatches, play “Capture the Airfield” objective missions, and offers a tournament mode.
