Lollipop Chainsaw Casts Notable Voice Actors

Warner Bros and Grasshopper Manufacture anticipate the June 12th release for Lollipop Chainsaw on Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 to be huge and divulged information about the voice actors included in the game. In a East meets West collab, filmaker James Gunn (Dawn of the Dead) is actively working with the voice actors to bring the zombie chainsaw fiesta to the video game world.

Voicing Batman: Arkham City’s Harley Quinn, Tara Strong will voice Lollipop Chainsaw’s protagonist, Juliet Starling. Lex Luthor from Smallville, Michael Rosenbaum plays Juliet’s disembodied boyfriend, Nick. Linda Cardelleni, from Freaks and Geeks, takes the role of Cordelia. Shawnee Smith, of SAW fame, and Michael Rooker (Walking Dead) will also appear in the title. In addition TV star and film actor, Gregg Henry (Slither, Payback, The Riches, Hung) plays Juliet’s father. Swan, the resident high school goth, will be played by James Gunn bother, Sean, who previously played a role in Super and Gilmore Girls. Jimmy Urine from the band Mindless Self Indulgence will lend his rock star voice to the deranged Zed.
