MonsterVine Weekly News Round-Up for the Week of 12/7/12

Let’s celebrate the end of the week with the MonsterVine round-up! Also, you should totally play tons of video games this weekend. I hear Far Cry 3 is good stuff.

Along with your daily dose of news, we have a couple reviews and a preview for you to check out.

Anomaly: Warzone Earth released in 2011 to fairly positive reviews. The game was praised for its gameplay and received many nominations and awards for one of the best iOS games of 2011. 11 Bit Studios, developer of Warzone Earth, is back with the sequel titled Anomaly Korea. Austin recently got a chance to get some hands-on time with the sequel, so check out his preview here:

What do you get when you take Super Smash Brothers and replace the Nintendo characters with PlayStation characters? A game that’s sorta the same thing…

Actually, you get PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale which is sorta like Super Smash Brothers but with PlayStation characters instead of Nintendo characters. Oh…

Anyways, Diego played the game and wrote up a review for you to check out. He sorta liked it:

Austin wrote a completely terrible review of Halo 4. So bad, that we won’t link it, and instead I will take this time to call him the biggest FAN BOY in the world. He is no good at games and he sucks. Also, his beard blocks the Sun.

Kidding (not really). Austin played through just about everything Halo 4 has to offer, and wrote up a review to let you know why it might be the best game in the series:
