EA Backs Down Over Take-Two Takeover Bid

Video game giants EA have pulled out of negotiations regarding the takeover of Take-Two.
Strauss Zelnick, CEO of Take-Two, said that “EA has been consistent in their approach regarding value and our shareholders have repeatedly rejected the price they offered. There’s very little else more that meets the eye.”
