If you pre-order with GameStop, you will be awarded with an exclusive alternative costume for Serah, which will be visible throughout the game (cutscenes included).
Pre-ordering from Best Buy will give buyers a collectible hard cover book, which details the FINAL FANTASY XIII -episode one- novella, which ties together the events of FFXIII and FFXIII-2.
Lastly, Amazon is offering the ‘Omega Boss Battle’, a unique battle against ‘Omega’, who will join the party after being defeated.
It is not yet known if these pre-order bonuses will apply outside the United States.
Final Fantasy XIII-2 will release in Japan on December 15, 2011, North America on January 31st 2011, and Europe on February 3rd, 2011 for Playstation 3 and XBOX 360.
