inkle has announced that their four-part gamebook, Steve Jackson’s Sorcery!, will be released next month for PC and Mac. Originally a cult classic under the name Fighting Fantasy, the game will be released in four parts, with the first two parts being released as a combined game.
The game is set to blend modern interactive fiction with adaptive storytelling and turn-based combat. Sorcery! will also feature hand-made drawings, and an orchestral score.
Part 1 and 2 of Steve Jackson’s Sorcery! is set to release for PC and Mac on February 2nd, with Part 3 releasing this Spring, and Part 4 releasing later this year. For more information on Steve Jackson’s Sorcery!, check out the trailers above.
