Bandai Namco has come forward to announce the release date for Frogware Games’s latest adventure game, Sherlock Holmes: The Devil’s Daughter.
The newest adaption of Arthur Conan Doyle’s super sleuth has players take the role of Holmes himself. Using his powers of observation and deduction players will unravel five mysteries, ranging from the ordinary to the seemingly supernatural. Benoît Clerc, Head of Software Group at Bigben Interactive, commented on their collaboration with Bandai:
“We are delighted to be working with BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment America Inc. on the distribution of Sherlock Holmes: The Devil’s Daughter in the Americas. BANDAI NAMCO is a major player in the videogame industry and its knowledge of the American market combined with the quality of the game developed by Frogwares will make this launch a success. This partnership illustrates Bigben’s ambition: our publishing activity is advancing at a rapid pace and will enjoy strong international growth thanks to our varied portfolio of high-quality games.”
Sherlock Holmes: The Devil’s Daughter is now available for PC, and will be released for consoles this October. For more information, check out the trailer above.
