Monster Hunter Wilds Comes Out on February 28

Capcom’s upcoming new entry in the Monster Hunter action RPG series, Monster Hunter Wilds, received a new trailer at the State of Play. This new trailer shows off many story details, as it delves into the mystery of the “White Wraith” and an expedition into the Forbidden Lands. We got a look at the Scarlet Forest environment and how it changes, as well as a look at the leviathan monster Uth Duna and the new Brute Wyvern, Quematrice.

The release date was also announced. Monster Hunter Wilds will come out for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on February 28, 2025.

In addition to the Standard Edition, the Deluxe and Premium Deluxe Editions were also announced. The Deluxe Edition adds a pack of cosmetic DLCs, while the Premium Deluxe Edition includes that pack, a Premium Bonus, and two additional cosmetic DLC packs planned for later in 2025. All preorders will also include the Guild Knight Set armor and Hope Charm talisman as bonuses, with PlayStation Store preorders including a digital Mini Art Book as well.
