Ballionaire Trailer Previews Pachinko Roguelike

Raw Fury has revealed Ballionaire, an upcoming pachinko-based roguelike game, with a colorful new trailer and demo release.

Developed by newobject, the title has players dropping balls in order to hit triggers and spawn additional balls. Doing this earns money, which is used to pay tribute to the “three Elders” — a group that challenges the player with tough Tribulations. The game features over 125 triggers and 50 Boons, and even includes a Sandbox to experiment before runs in and support for mods on launch day. A demo for the game is currently available for Steam Next Fest, and you can wishlist the game on Steam now.

You can check out the announcement trailer on YouTube below:

What do you do in Ballionaire?

Ballionaire is a physics-driven roguelike full of kinetic chaos,” reads the game’s description. “In order for players to achieve Ballionaire status, they will have to overcome arduous tribulations, discover explosive combos, and theorycraft clever ways to break the game and build the perfect pachinko board. Ballionaire is a one-of-a-kind way to make numbers go up — the world’s first autobonker.”

The game currently has no specific release date but is set to debut later this year. For more information, you can check out newobject’s Twitter account.
