Team17 and indie developer Beehive Studios have announced a publishing partnership for LumenTale: Memories of Trey, the upcoming monster collector RPG that combines strategic turn-based battles with emotional storytelling.
After a successful Kickstarter campaign, LumenTale has built strong momentum as a fresh take on the creature collecting genre. Featuring over 140 unique Animon to capture, battle, and trade, the game invites players to explore the divided world of Talea as Trey, a boy seeking to recover his lost memories.

Players can expect 4v4 tactical combat, deep lore, and a narrative-rich world that aims to blend nostalgic vibes with modern polish. According to Beehive Studios CEO and lead dev Paolo Lella, working with Team17 is a perfect fit:
