Reclaim the Sea Launches on Steam with Tactical Naval Combat and Roguelike Strategy

Steer into the rising tides of rebellion: Reclaim the Sea, a tactical roguelike strategy game from solo developer 1 Last Game, is officially out now on Steam for PC, launching at a discounted price of $9.59 / €9.43 for a limited time. Set in a post-apocalyptic fantasy world submerged by endless oceans, Reclaim the Sea challenges players to take the helm of a rebel crew in a quest to topple the ruling order—one naval battle at a time.

Tactical Combat Meets Narrative Consequences

Blending real-time strategy with roguelike structure and impactful story choices, Reclaim the Sea puts players in command of a customizable ship and an evolving crew of diverse species. Assign crew members to different ship stations—whether it’s manning cannons, repairing the hull, steering, or activating arcane weaponry—and outmaneuver enemy factions on dynamic, procedurally generated seas.

Combat unfolds with precision: manage distance, aim for specific parts of enemy ships, and brace for randomized encounters and hazards across 10 unique zones. Between battles, players will face branching narrative events where their decisions carry both immediate and long-term consequences.
