Arc Games and Snapshot Games have revealed that Chip ‘n Clawz vs. The Brainioids will officially launch on August 26 for PC, PlayStation, and Xbox at $29.99 with a 10% launch week discount running through September 2. Developed by Julian Gollop (X-COM, Phoenix Point), the game blends the tactical depth of RTS gameplay with fast-paced third-person action in a colorful, comic book–inspired world.
Friend’s Pass and Cross-Platform Play at Launch
One of the biggest launch features is the Friend’s Pass, available for free on all platforms. This allows anyone to join a friend in online co-op or PvP—even without owning the game. Paired with full cross-platform play, players can team up or face off regardless of whether they’re on PC, PlayStation, or Xbox.
Campaign, Co-op, and PvP Battles
In Chip ‘n Clawz vs. The Brainioids, players take on the roles of the titular heroes as they battle to stop a Brainioid invasion. You can:
- Play solo or in 2-player co-op through a humorous, story-driven campaign with normal and hard difficulties

- Face massive bosses that push your tactical skills to the limit
