Rock It Games is bringing two very different but equally beloved titles to PlayStation 5 retail shelves this September. On September 18, 2025, players can pick up boxed copies of the remastered firefighting action game Real Heroes: Firefighter HD and the cozy alchemy sim The Smile Alchemist.
Real Heroes: Firefighter HD – First-Person Heroics
Originally released on the Wii in 2009 and praised as one of the most unique shooters of its era, Real Heroes: Firefighter swaps guns for a high-pressure hose. In this remastered PS5 edition, players take on the role of a first responder, using authentic firefighting tools to put out blazes, clear obstacles, and save civilians across nine intense missions.
From a burning museum to an out-of-control theme park, every level challenges you to think like a real firefighter. Tools like axes, Halligans, extinguishers, and even a truck-mounted deck gun add variety to the action. The HD remaster supports resolutions up to 4K, giving new life to the cult-classic firefighting sim.
IGN called it “one of the most unique FPS experiences you’ll find — and one that puts heroism front and center,” while Nintendo Life praised it as “a refreshing change of pace from typical shooters.”
The Smile Alchemist – Cozy Crafting and Community
On the other side of the spectrum is The Smile Alchemist, a slow-paced, feel-good adventure from Kemco. Players step into the shoes of Nayc, a young alchemist in the tranquil town of Polta Kolta. By brewing potions, fulfilling requests, and spreading joy through simple acts of kindness, Nayc builds bonds with the quirky townsfolk while improving his craft.
There are no deadlines or stress—just a relaxed gameplay loop of gathering ingredients, managing your shop, and discovering new recipes. Fans of Atelier, Stardew Valley, or Harvest Moon will feel right at home in this charming and heartfelt alchemy sim.

Rock It Games continues its mission to spotlight indie and retro titles by supporting both digital and physical releases. With Real Heroes: Firefighter HD and The Smile Alchemist, PS5 players can now choose to add these fan-favorite experiences to their physical collections when they hit retail on September 18.
