Swedish indie publisher Raw Fury and Irish developer Spooky Doorway (The Darkside Detective series) have revealed that their next supernatural mystery, The Seance of Blake Manor, will launch on October 27 for PC. Players can wishlist the game now on Steam.
Set in Victorian Ireland, the game follows Detective Declan Ward as he investigates the sudden disappearance of Evelyn Deane inside the foreboding Blake Manor. To uncover the truth, players will interview a diverse cast of suspects, interrogate them to expose contradictions, and search for hidden clues that connect to the manor’s many secrets.
Inspired by Irish Mythology and Classic Comics
The Seance of Blake Manor combines a grounded detective story with the supernatural, blending religion, class struggles, and Celtic mythology into a single eerie whodunit. Its art style takes inspiration from comic legends like Mike Mignola (Hellboy), Edward Risso (100 Bullets), and Tim Sale (Batman: The Long Halloween), making every frame look like a hand-drawn panel.
Players won’t just be observing — they’ll actively record details, cross-reference evidence, and make logical leaps in order to piece together the mystery of Evelyn’s disappearance.
