The nightmare is coming to an end. Dvora Studio and Headup have officially announced The Coma 3: Bloodlines, the long-awaited conclusion to the Coma series, set to launch on PC and consoles in 2026.
Closing the Book on Sehwa High
Following last year’s spin-off, The Coma 2B: Catacomb, The Coma 3: Bloodlines returns to the mainline series with a 2D survival-horror adventure. The game promises to unravel the final secret of Sehwa High School, the central location from the first game, while also exploring the origins of the Ghost Vigilantes, who have lurked in the shadows of the series since its inception.
Long-time fans can expect familiar faces to reappear alongside new characters, all tied into a story built on layered foreshadowing and narrative payoffs stretching across the first two games.
Features and Gameplay
The Coma 3: Bloodlines builds on the series’ trademark mix of horror and exploration, with several new twists:
- Welcome to the Coma World: A shadow realm where rumors and urban legends become reality—and where death means eternal separation of body and spirit.
- South Korean Mystery Horror: Set against the backdrop of exotic and eerie Korean locales, the game explores who can be trusted—and who must be abandoned.
- New Locations: Move beyond familiar schools and streets to face unpredictable missions and environments.
- Three Playable Characters: Each character brings unique skills and playstyles, letting players run, hide, or fight back against relentless pursuers.
A Horror Legacy
Since the launch of the original The Coma: Cutting Class, the series has built a reputation for blending Korean folklore, urban legends, and survival-horror tension. The Coma 3: Bloodlines aims to tie it all together in what Dvora Studio calls the final, definitive entry.
The Coma 3: Bloodlines is set to release in 2026 on PC and consoles.
