Embark Studios has revealed the latest roadmap for ARC Raiders, outlining what players can expect across the next two months. The new update schedule covers both the November “North Line” and December “Cold Snap” content drops, each introducing new areas, enemies, and gameplay features to the game’s evolving world.
New Map, New Threats
The November update, North Line, will introduce a brand-new map called Stella Montis, a mountainous region designed to push players’ survival and traversal skills to the limit. Alongside the new terrain come two fearsome ARC units, the Matriarch and the Shredder, each promising fresh challenges and requiring new tactics to overcome.
Embark Studios also teased new gameplay items, quests, and objectives arriving with the November wave, expanding the ways Raiders can engage with the world and its dangerous machines.
Cold Snap Brings Winter and Fire
The December update, Cold Snap, turns up both the temperature and the tension with The Flickering Flames, a limited-time seasonal event that will bring unique objectives and rewards. Players can also expect the Snowfall map condition to make exploration even more perilous, adding dynamic weather effects that impact visibility and strategy during missions.
While additional details for Cold Snap remain under wraps, Embark hints that this update will close out the year with “new twists on survival, community, and chaos.”
A Glimpse at ARC Raiders’ Next Phase
Originally launched as a cooperative PvPvE extraction shooter, ARC Raiders continues to evolve through Embark Studios’ frequent seasonal content and live updates. The North Line and Cold Snap roadmaps reinforce the studio’s commitment to expanding the world and deepening gameplay variety as 2025 winds down.
