Level Infinite has announced a major new partnership with Shift Up, revealing that the two companies are teaming up to publish and co-develop Project Spirits, a cross-platform title built in Unreal Engine 5. The deal marks the second global collaboration between the two studios following the worldwide success of Goddess of Victory: Nikke.

Development is being handled in collaboration with Yongxing Interactive, a Tencent-affiliated studio staffed by veterans from leading ACG-focused companies. Yongxing is dedicated to producing premium-quality projects and is contributing significant creative and technical expertise.
This partnership sees Level Infinite not only publishing Project Spirits globally but also taking on an expanded role in the project’s joint development, signaling increased ambition following their successful previous cooperation.
