Riot Games has officially unveiled “Go Off,” the anthem for the Valorant Game Changers Championship 2025, featuring a reimagined version of Katseye’s hit track “M.I.A.” The song and its cinematic music video are available now across all major streaming platforms, offering fans a high-energy celebration of confidence, perseverance, and community.
The new version of “M.I.A” officially titled “M.I.A (Valorant Game Changers Version)” channels the fiery determination of players who embody the Game Changers program’s mission: to elevate women and marginalized genders in esports. The track’s accompanying cinematic video highlights stories of connection, empowerment, and triumph within the Valorant community.
“When Riot Asked Us, I Said YES!”
“M.I.A has always been about confidence and showing up as your best self,” said Megan of Katseye. “When Riot asked us to reimagine it for Game Changers, I was like YES! That message aligns so much with what Game Changers stands for — we wanted this version to celebrate every player who’s out there pushing limits and owning their power.”
Jonny Altepeter, Lead Music Supervisor at Riot Games, echoed the excitement: “Working with Katseye to give ‘M.I.A’ a Game Changers twist has been an incredible experience. Their energy and artistry perfectly match the spirit of Valorant, and Megan’s connection as a player made the collaboration feel that much more authentic.”
A Celebration of Confidence and Community
The “Go Off” video embodies what Game Changers represents: teamwork, self-belief, and the shared drive to rise above challenges. Since launching in 2021, VCT Game Changers has expanded opportunities for women and non-binary players in esports, bringing competitive visibility and inspiration to the global Valorant scene.
The Valorant Game Changers Championship 2025 will take place from November 28–30 at Riot’s own LoL Park in Seoul, marking the third year of the global tournament following previous events in Berlin and São Paulo.
Continuing a Musical Legacy
Riot Games’ Game Changers program has a history of bold and powerful anthems. Past tracks include “All Eyes On Me” by Jean Deaux and Whipped Cream, “Valorant, Louder” composed by Karel Psota, and “The Drive” featuring Yonaka’s Predator. With “Go Off,” Katseye joins a growing list of artists lending their voices to the empowerment of players and fans alike.
