Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade Demo Hits Xbox & Nintendo Switch 2

A free demo for Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade has been released on the Nintendo Switch 2 eShop and for both the Xbox Series X|S and Xbox on PC.

The demo covers the opening chapter, allowing players to take part in the iconic bombing mission that Cloud, Barrett, and the rest of AVALANCHE go on. Thankfully, save data from the demo will carry over to the full version of the game on the same console, meaning you’ll be able to continue on right from where the demo ends. Not only that, but having save data from the demo will also grant players the “Revival Earrings” and “Survival Set” bonus items in the full game when it launches on January 22, 2026.

You can also check out the new Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade trailer, which prominently features the iconic villain Sephiroth, on YouTube below:

What pre-order bonuses are there for these versions of Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade?

Depending on which version you pre-order, you’ll get a different bonus for pre-ordering Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade. Ordering the digital version grants Nintendo Switch 2 or Xbox Series X|S/Xbox on PC buyers a digital copy of the original Final Fantasy VII. Xbox players can download and play the original right away, while Switch 2 players will have to wait until January 22.

Pre-ordering the physical version of Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade will net you a Magic: The Gathering—FINAL FANTASY Play Booster pack, which contains 15 randomly assorted cards. Naturally, this is only while supplies last.
