Invincible VS Adds 2 More Viltrumites to Roster

A new trailer for Invincible VS has revealed the two latest characters to be added to the upcoming superhero fighting game.

Two of the comic and show’s powerful Viltrumites have joined the game, as Anissa and Lucan have entered the fray. For those that don’t know, Anissa is an intense and relentless enforcer who fiercely believes in the Viltrumite mission. In the game, she’s a “Striker” character who is both fast and strong, making her excel at rushdown combos.

As for Lucan, he’s more passionate about the Viltrum Empire’s laws and philosophies, as well as the “purity” of the Viltrumite species. He’s more of a “Grappler” in Invincible VS, using his impressive aerial mobility to land grabs and low attacks.

You can watch the two conquerors in action for yourself in the gameplay trailer on YouTube below:

“The Viltrumites have never been a larger part of the Invincible universe, so there’s no way we could leave them out of Invincible VS,” Invincible co-creator, Robert Kirkman stated. “Between Season 4 of the show, the events in the Battle Beast comic series, and now with what’s to come in our game, 2026 is going to be a huge year for the Viltrumites.”

What platforms will Invincible VS be released on?

Invincible VS is set to release on April 30 for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. It’s being published by Skybound Entertainment and developed by its in-house developer Quarter Up.
