During today’s PlayStation State of Play presentation, Konami revealed a trailer for the latest game in its most iconic horror series, Silent Hill: Townfall.
The new video provided us with plenty of new details involving the game. In the upcoming title, you’ll play as Simon Ordell — a man who wakes up in a foggy town in Scotland with a medical wristband and IV bag connected to him. As Simon, players will explore St. Amelia armed with a CRTV as he tries to understand the town, his past, and the connection that may exist between them.
Silent Hill: Townfall is set to release in 2026 for the PlayStation 5 and and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store. It’s developed by Screen Burn and co-published by Konami and Annapurna Interactive.

What was the most recent Silent Hill game before Silent Hill: Townfall?
The most recent game in the Silent Hill series is 2025’s Silent Hill f, which released for the PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC in September.
