Mega Man Star Force Legacy Collection Launches March 27 with Online Multiplayer

Fans of the Mega Man franchise will soon be able to revisit a beloved spin-off series as Capcom confirmed that Mega Man Star Force Legacy Collection launches on March 27, 2026.

The collection will release for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC via Steam.

Seven Games with Modern Online Features

The Legacy Collection compiles all seven entries from the Mega Man Star Force series while introducing new online features designed to modernize the experience.

Players will be able to search for opponents across multiple titles for streamlined matchmaking, trade cards with players around the world, and participate in several battle types, including casual matches, ranked battles, and private friend lobbies.

The Brother system has also been expanded dramatically. Originally limited to six connections, players can now form networks of up to 100 players per game.

Pre-Order Bonuses and Anime Tie-Ins

Pre-orders include four musical arrangement tracks along with additional character models, such as Geo Stelar in casual wear and Omega-Xis for the main menu.

To celebrate the launch, episodes of the Mega Man Star Force anime are currently available to watch for free on YouTube.
