Koei Tecmo and Team Ninja have announced Wo Long 2: Wings of Ember, the sequel to Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty.
The dark Three Kingdoms action RPG is currently in development and will launch in early 2027 for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, Xbox on PC, and Steam. It will also be available day one through Xbox Game Pass.
Return to a Demon-Infested Three Kingdoms
Wo Long 2: Wings of Ember takes players back to the late Eastern Han period, where warlords fight for control, and the heroes of the Three Kingdoms begin to rise.
The story follows a nameless champion battling across massive war-torn fields filled with powerful enemies, historical heroes, and demonic threats.
Martial Arts Combat Evolves
Following Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty, which has surpassed more than 5 million players worldwide, the sequel will expand on Team Ninja’s Chinese martial arts-inspired combat.
Players will need to master evolved battle systems while fighting through demon-infested battlefields and standing alongside famous figures from the Three Kingdoms era.
Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty Returns to Game Pass
