Stormind Games has announced that Remothered: Red Nun’s Legacy will launch October 27 on PC, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
The third entry in the Remothered survival horror series arrives just ahead of Halloween, with a new release date trailer available now.
Susan Searches for Her Daughter
Remothered: Red Nun’s Legacy follows Susan, whose daughter vanishes inside an isolated residence near Mount Etna.
Her search leads her into hidden rooms, buried memories, and the Red Nun’s forgotten origins. The story also ties those secrets back to Susan’s own family.
Human Stalkers Return
The game keeps the series’ focus on survival against human Stalkers.
Players will need to hide, evade, and fight back during key moments, with limited melee weapons available to create breathing room when enemies close in.
Hypnosis Adds New Tools
Red Nun’s Legacy also adds hypnosis powers that expand exploration and puzzle-solving.
Players can use retrocognition, mirror abilities, and moth manipulation to read memories, reveal paths, and affect the villa around them.
Cast and Music Details
The game features voice work from Cissy Jones, known for The Walking Dead, Life is Strange, and Firewatch, along with Maggie Robertson, who played Lady Dimitrescu in Resident Evil Village.
Akira Yamaoka, best known for his work on Silent Hill, composed the soundtrack.
