Prinny Party: Going Overboard! Launches November 11

NIS America has announced that Prinny Party: Going Overboard! launches November 11 for Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam.

A free demo is available now on all launch platforms, giving players an early taste of the game’s four-player RPG party chaos.

Demo Available Now

The Prinny Party: Going Overboard! demo includes two modes.

Super-Spicy Mode gives players a harder challenge made for the demo. Players control Prinny with a limited set of tools and need to clear the mode under those restrictions.

Standard Mode offers a shortened version of the main game. Players can pick Prinny, Warrior, Archer, or Ninja, then throw, build, and fight their way through the board. The Protago-Knights will not appear in this demo, but players can still fight an adjusted version of Laharl.

Friends Until They Aren’t

Prinny Party: Going Overboard! mixes RPG progression with party game backstabbing.

Players move around the board, earn experience, grab stronger gear, complete quests, and team up when bosses appear. The catch is that only the player who brings the boss back to spawn gets credit, so cooperation can break down fast.

If every player dies at the same time, everyone loses.

Throw, Build, and Pass Bills

Players can pick up and throw friends, enemies, and anyone getting in the way.

Landing on build spaces lets players create and upgrade facilities like hospitals and armories, though other players can use those facilities too. The Boardroom Assembly also lets players pass bills that can triple damage, grant extra movement, or build cannons strong enough to take out major demons.

GameShare Support Confirmed

Prinny Party: Going Overboard! will support GameShare.

That means players can party up with friends even if those friends don’t own a copy of the game.
