The Wolf Among Us Remastered is available now for $24.99 on PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store. The Xbox One version is playable on Xbox Series X|S through backward compatibility.
Alongside the launch, Telltale and PM Studios confirmed that defining choices made in the remaster can carry into The Wolf Among Us 2. The updated adventure also includes five playable Deleted Scenes, an optional Noir Mode, and behind-the-scenes material.
Your Decisions Follow Bigby Into The Wolf Among Us 2
Players who sign in to their Telltale Account while playing Remastered can carry defining decisions into the sequel. Completing the first game isn’t required, though: players starting with The Wolf Among Us 2 can set their past choices at the beginning.
Based on the Fables comics, the original story follows Bigby Wolf, Sheriff of Fabletown, as he investigates a murder in 1980s New York. His work threatens to expose a hidden community of fairy-tale characters, and his decisions shape relationships throughout the investigation.
Five Deleted Scenes and Noir Mode Join the Complete Season
The remaster includes all five original episodes, from Faith through Cry Wolf. Its visual and technical changes cover environments, character models, lighting, animation, and audio, with Trick Studios contributing to development.
Five restored Deleted Scenes are playable through the special features menu. Noir Mode presents the adventure in black and white, while a gallery contains more than 100 pieces of artwork. Players can also watch over an hour of developer interviews.
Launch Discounts Run Through November 12
A 20% launch discount runs from October 29 through November 12. On PlayStation, that offer requires PlayStation Plus.
Eligible digital owners of the original game can instead save up to 50% during the same period. The returning-owner offer requires a qualifying purchase on the same platform and account, and you can’t combine the promotions. Platform eligibility details are available here.
Nintendo Switch versions will follow later. Physical editions for multiple platforms are planned for the first quarter of 2027.
