Wholesome Snack returns on Saturday, December 5, 2026, at 9 a.m. Pacific, with more than 25 game announcements planned. Wholesome Games will stream the showcase on YouTube and Twitch in coordination with The Game Awards.
The presentation will include game premieres, demo announcements, and updates from developers and publishers of different sizes. Free Lives and Skystone Games are among the confirmed participants, though the organizers have not named the individual games appearing.
Jenny Windom Returns to Host
Wholesome Games organizer Jenny Windom will host again, joined by guest co-hosts who specialize in cozy and wholesome games. The selection focuses on thoughtful, joyful, and hopeful titles, continuing the approach of Wholesome Direct’s sister showcase.
Alongside the wider lineup, viewers will hear updates about Wholesome Games Presents titles. That gives the publisher’s upcoming releases a place in the broadcast alongside games selected by the curation team.
The announcement promises more than 25 titles overall, with premieres and playable demo news among the planned segments. For now, the date, hosts, and participating companies offer the first details ahead of the full presentation.
Charity Bundle Will Benefit Rainn
This year’s Wholesome Snack will also feature a charity bundle supporting Rainn. The anti-sexual violence organization works with survivors, pursues accountability, and supports efforts to create safer communities.
The organizers have not yet detailed the bundle’s games, price, or availability dates. The charity component follows last year’s event, which raised $51,221 for the American Civil Liberties Union.
According to Wholesome Games, the previous Wholesome Snack showcased more than 20 games to 2.65 million viewers. Its announcements included ReStory, Verdant, and Thrifty Business.
