ReVamp puts Dracula on castle-defense duty when it launches on PC via Steam on March 25, 2027. Digital Sun, the studio behind Moonlighter and Cataclismo, announced the date in a new trailer during the Triple-i Showcase.
Steam playtest sign-ups are open now, and the first participants will gain access on October 29. Admission will roll out in waves throughout the test.
Build Dracula’s Castle to Stop Invading Heroes
Rather than storming a vampire’s fortress, you’ll build one to repel barbarians, armored knights, and priests.
The castle’s modular layout lets you reshape rooms and direct enemies into defensive gauntlets. Between waves, you can reinforce the fortress with rooms, perks, and decorations to counter increasingly dangerous assaults.
Your defenders include werewolves, harpies, a cyclops that uses its own eye as a weapon, and a mimic ready to ambush adventurers hunting for grimoires.
Take Control of Dracula When Defenses Falter
Castle planning is only part of ReVamp’s approach. You can also control Dracula directly, moving through corridors and fighting with melee attacks and blood magic when invaders break through.
Each moonrise resets the siege, but blood collected from fallen enemies fuels permanent progression. That lets you gain new chambers, strengthen minions, and expand your options across repeated cycles.
The campaign follows Dracula’s curse, imposed by the moon goddess Achlys. He must spread darkness and wage an eternal war in her honor, hoping to bring his lost lover back to life.
