TCG: Card Shop Simulator has released its Halloween update, adding the Ascension Card Box, six new Ghost cards, and improvements to bulk-box management and performance. O.P. Neon Games says the update is available across PC, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2, including the Xbox Game Pass version.
Collect Six New Ghost Cards
The Ascension Card Box expands the game’s collectible lineup, while six additional Ghost cards bring the rare card category’s total to 24.
The update also changes how players package bulk cards at the Workbench. Tetramon and Destiny Bulk Boxes have been combined into a generic Bulk Box intended to accommodate future expansions. Existing boxes remain in saved games, but players can no longer create them, and they no longer appear in the price app.
A new Omega Grade Bulk Box is automatically created when the bundled cards’ total value exceeds $5,000. This premium box has a base price of $4,000.
Performance Improvements and TCG Mode Fixes
The Workbench price slider’s limit has increased to $100, and lighting and materials have been adjusted to restore the game’s original appearance.
On the performance side, changes to customer models address a GPU bottleneck. The patch also fixes an issue that could leave players stuck and unable to play cards in TCG mode, along with a bug that prevents quality settings from working correctly.
O.P. Neon Games Celebrates Best Game Design Award
The update follows TCG: Card Shop Simulator’s Best Game Design win at the SEA Game Awards 2026. Created by Malaysian developer Ding Shen Sia, the game has reached more than four million players, according to O.P. Neon Games.
The studio plans to continue releasing updates, fixes, and additional content, with more information expected later this year.
