Minecraft’s ‘Adventure Update’ Playable At PAX

Those looking forward to brandishing their blocky pixel swords at PAX this year will soon have their patience rewarded. According to Markus ‘Notch’ Persson’s twitter account, Minecraft‘s highly anticipated Adventure Update will be playable during the upcoming PAX Prime event. So far, the Adventure update has promised NPC villages, randomly generated dungeons, critical hits and more. Minecraft is still slated for release this November.

Update: Changed from ‘mode’ to ‘update’.

    um its a update but notch said its not the mode itself the adventure update will be released in 1.8 however the adventure mode is still unknown the relase date
