The Witcher 2 For 360 Pushed Back to 2012

Those looking forward to hunting monsters and assassinating kings on their 360s this year will be a bit disappointed, as CD Projekt has announced it will be delaying The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings until Q1 in 2012. Reasons for the delay include additional time polishing and developing improvements as well as the ongoing legal battle between THQ and Namco Bandai for distribution rights in parts of Europe, Asia and Central and South America.

The Witcher 2 will be available for play at the upcoming Gamescom 2011 hosted in Germany, and will also include information about updates to the PC version and more DLC. Keep those swords sharp, guys and gals.
