EverRail Hits Early Access July 20 With Frozen Train Survival

Aesir Interactive has announced that EverRail will launch in Early Access on July 20, 2026, at 7:00 AM EDT for PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store.

The self-published survival crafting game sends players across the frozen Exomoon Inara, where humanity’s final refuge is a massive train that must keep moving to stay alive.

Keep the Train Running

In EverRail, every stop comes with risk. Players need to leave the train to scavenge supplies, rescue survivors, and gather materials, but each expedition drains the batteries keeping the train operational.

The people you rescue act as your remaining lives. Once the last survivor is gone, the run ends. That gives each trip away from the train a clear cost, especially when supplies are low and power starts running out.

Players can expand the train, upgrade their rolling base, and head out alone or with up to four players in co-op.

Early Access Pricing

EverRail will launch with three purchase options.

The base Early Access version will cost $14.99 and includes one train and one glider, with a 10% launch discount. The Supporter Edition will cost $19.99 and includes the base game, a second train, a second glider, and an exclusive Supporter train and glider skin.

Players who buy the base version can also purchase the Bullet Train & Glider Pack DLC for $2.99, adding the second train and second glider separately.

A New Step for Aesir Interactive

EverRail marks two firsts for Aesir Interactive: its first self-published title and its first survival game.

Co-Founder and CEO Wolfgang Emmer said the studio wants Early Access to help shape the game with community feedback, while giving the team room to test ideas and build openly with players.

EverRail launches July 20 in Early Access for Steam and the Epic Games Store. Wishlists are open now.
