Contrary to what was supposed to happen, Bungie has reported on its website from the company president Harold Ryan that it will not be revealing their new project at E3 due to its publisher’s decision.

Although Bungie was able to become independent from Microsoft as a company, Microsoft retains the rights to publish all current and future titles coming out of the studio.
