New Portable ID’s? Yes, Sony has released Portable ID’s, sort of like the PSN ID’s, but now on the PC! And these are official from Sony.
Remember those big, great, exciting changes we’ve been promising? They’re here! As you may have noticed, you can now link up your PSN ID with your Underground (forums) ID. Not only does this allow you to see your fellow forum members’ PSN IDs here on the forums, but it also provides many new exciting opportunities. Once you’ve linked your IDs, you can:
– Identify yourself on the Web using your PLAYSTATION®Network ID
– Display your PLAYSTATION®Network ID on social networking sites
– Meet other PLAYSTATION®Network members
– See who’s who on the PlayStation® message boards
– Keep tabs on your PLAYSTATION®Network friends on the Web with the Friend List
