Ubisoft Montreal’s Far Cry 2 will have a whole arsenal of multiplayer options, but will not come with a demo before or after the game’s release.
Multiplayer modes available will include “Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, Capture the Diamond… and Uprising”. Capture the Diamond is capture the flag reworked to fit the African setting and Uprising is a modified version of VIP [mode].
Producer Louis-Pierre Pharand has stated that there will not be a demo for Far Cry 2.

Far Cry 2 will join an increasing number of titles with open world gameplay that will not be available as a demo. Boasting 50 kilometers of in-game terrain, the game will be arriving for the Playstation 3, Xbox 360, and PC in North America on October 21st and Europe on October 24th.
