High Velocity Bowling has been out for a while on the PSN now, but it just Thursday received a patch to gain all of the following:
– Trophy Support
– In-Game Music Support
– Head-to-Head Online Play
– Voice Chat
– Weekly Leaderboards
– More Trick Shots
– New Ball Bags (no pun intended)
– Alley Selection and
– New DLC
You might be thinking, “Damn, that’s a lot,” I know that’s what I’m thinking.
Head-to-Head Online Play, Voice Chat and Online Leaderboards!
So pretty much not only do you get to play 1 vs. 1, but you can voice chat with your friends or opponents and have rankings on a leaderboard!
Trophies
The Trophies are as follows: 1 Gold, 4 Silver and 7 Bronze Trophies, list with all descriptions:
BRONZE:
Score 180 or higher in an online game.
Achieve an online rating of 1600 or more.
Knock down a total of 500 pins in online games.
Get 10 strikes in online games.
Get 15 spares in online games.
Win an online game.
Play 3 online games.SILVER:
Score 250 or higher in an online game.
Knock down a total of 5000 pins in online games.
Get 25 wins in online games.
Get 75 strikes in online games.GOLD:
Get 150 strikes in online games.
Playlists with Improved Audio
You can customize your tracks with this new feature and turn down/up what you want to hear and what you don’t want to hear! It’s great isn’t it?
More Trick Shots
Two more challenges have been added & you can get patches in normal play and Stars online. More Trick Shots will be available as a download later.
New Ball Bags
The ne w system allows you to create 24 Bags in which you can only carry 4 balls each, so choose wisely on which make the cut.
Alley Selection
You can now choose what lane you want to bowl in, as long as you are not in a tournament.
Add-On Content
From now on Trick Shots, Costumes, Bowling Bowls and Characters will be available as DLC.
