EA Promotes Peter Moore to COO, Bioware Now a Brand Name

Changes and restructuring happened at the 2nd largest video game publisher today as Electronic Arts announced the promotion of, now former EA Sports president, Peter Moore to Chief Operating Officer (COO) serving as the right-hand man of EA CEO John Riccitiello. With that, Frank Gibeau, the current president of EA Games label will now oversee as President of all EA brands.

Finally, Bioware is now exalted to a brand name status under the Electronic Arts label alongside EA Games, EA Sports, and EA Play.
