Sequel to Little King’s Story Coming to PS Vita

The underappreciated Wii game Little King’s Story is receiving a sequel on the Playstation Vita. The Japanese title is: The King, The Demon King and the Seven Princesses: New King Story. Let’s hope that title is shorter when it comes to the States and Europe. Tokyo Game Show attendees have the opportunity to check out a playable demo on the show floor this September.

Famitsu broke the news, via Andriasang, stating that Konami is heading the publishing duties with AQ Interative and Marvelous Entertainment developing. Whether not the new game is a sequel or a highly stylized port of the original Wii game is yet to be seen. However, the game will feature a new story, touch controls, natural time and weather shifts, and a visual style.

Skelattack has a unique concept and fun visual style, but its inconsistent controls and mixed dialogue keep it from being a particularly stand-out platformer.
