To celebrate the launch of FINAL FANTASY XIII-2 in Japan (perfect 40/40 score from Famitsu), Square Enix is releasing a new trailer that examines some of the best features of the game along with new screenshots.
The trailer provides an in-depth look at FINAL FANTASY XIII-2’s greater sense of freedom and exploration, in addition to the enhanced battle system, which will allow you to collect and train more than 150 different monsters found throughout the game. It reveals a deeper look at strategic fast-paced battles, in-depth customization and choice-oriented gameplay, that both new and experienced FINAL FANTASY players will enjoy.
The new screenshots showcase battles, paradox endings, and a mysterious character named Yeul.

FINAL FANTASY XIII-2 will be available for the PlayStation®3 system and the Xbox®360 on Jan. 31, 2012.
