Nintendo announced Pikmin 3 during their early morning E3 press conference. Industry legend Shigeru Miyamoto made the announcement at the start of the conference.
Pikmin 3 will come to the Wii U, NIntendo’s HD successor to the Wii. The game will utilize the Wii U Game Pad, and all its unique features.
Players will be able to use the Game Pad to micromanage the Pikmin, and access an overall map on the Game Pad’s screen.
