Night Dive Studios has announced that they will be restoring and publishing Iguana Entertainment’s classic first-person shooters, Turok: Dinosaur Hunter, and Turok 2: Seeds of Evil, on PC. Originally released in 1997 and 1999, the titles will be re-mastered for modern computers, with enhanced graphics and other improvements. CEO and Founder of Night Dive Studios commented:
“When Turok: Dinosaur Hunter was first released it was nothing short of revolutionary. To that point, no game had ever offered the combination of graphics and an open world environment that Turok featured. We are very excited to have the opportunity to bring this great franchise back to life and to be able to share these great titles with today’s gaming audience.”
Both games will be available on Steam, the Humble Bundle Store, GOG, GamersGate, Greenman Gaming, and on the Night Dive Studios website, at an unknown later date.
