Square Enix has announced a new RPG inspired by the critically acclaimed classic, Chrono Trigger, dubbed I Am Setsuna. Led by director Atsushi Hashimoto, Tokyo RPG Factory is aiming to recapture the the deep narratives, memorable storytelling, and fantastic character development that games from the golden era of RPGs are known for.
With a battle system that’s heavily inspired by Chrono Trigger, I Am Setsuna is set to bring back classic RPG gameplay, beautiful art design, and a deep and sorrowful story to the new generation.
